- Valid Swiss or International driving license is required.
- Residency in Switzerland (S, L, B, C permits or Swiss passport).

- Daily mileage limit of 500 km.
- Additional kilometers will be charged at 0.10 CHF per extra km.

- A deposit of 1500 CHF is required at the time of rental.
- The deposit will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle in good condition.

- The renter is responsible for any damage or loss not covered by insurance.

General Rental Conditions:
- The vehicle must be returned clean and fully charged. If not returned fully charged, a fee of 0.75 CHF per kWh will be applied.
- Late returns may incur additional fees.
- Additionally, all accessories provided at the time of rental, such as snow chains or any other items stated in the rental agreement, must be returned in good condition.
- Missing or damaged accessories will incur additional charges as specified in the rental agreement.
- Smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle.
- Renters agree to comply with all traffic laws and Tesla vehicle usage guidelines.
