Refunds and Exchanges

We gladly offer refunds and exchanges within the initial 14 days of the purchase.

However, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  1. Unused and Original Condition: The returned item must remain unused and in the same condition as when the customer received it.

  2. Original Packaging: The returned item must be in its original packaging.

  3. Proof of Purchase: To facilitate the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  4. Regular Priced Items: Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

  5. Gift Credit: In the event that the item was marked as a gift when purchased and directly shipped, the returning customer will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Exchanges

The store solely replaces items that are defective or damaged. If the customer needs to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@alpsdiscovery.com and send the item to the address specified on the sender address of the package.

Exempt Goods

Please be aware that the following items are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered under these circumstances:

  1. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, for reasons not attributed to our error.
  2. Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the customer's return, the customer will receive a prompt email notification regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to the credit card used for payment or the original method of payment within 30 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If the customer has not received a refund within 30 working days, we recommend checking the credit card or payment account. Subsequently, contact the credit card issuing company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. Shipping

For the convenience of our valued customers and to optimize efficiency, please return the product to the provided address on the packaging.

The store operates through third-party logistics for route optimization, and the item may be dispatched from a distributor's warehouse, manufacturer, or reseller.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. If the customer receives a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach the customer may vary depending on the customer's location.

Please note that due to third-party logistics for route optimization, the store cannot guarantee the acknowledgment of the returned item from the point of return, as the item may be dispatched from a distributor's warehouse, manufacturer, or reseller.
