Every spring, Geneva becomes the epicenter of the watch industry, hosting two key events that shape the future of watchmaking. From April 1 to 7, 2025, the prestigious Watches and Wonders Geneva will take place at Palexpo, where top global brands will unveil their latest collections.
Running simultaneously, from April 1 to 6, Time to Watches will be held at Villa Sarasin, providing a dedicated platform for independent watchmakers to showcase their unique designs and craftsmanship.
Our AlpsDiscovery team will also be attending these events. We look forward to meeting watchmakers, manufacturers, retailers, and industry professionals to discuss potential collaborations, technological trends, and the future of the watch business.
Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025 – A Premier Event for the Watch Industry
Watches and Wonders Geneva is one of the most anticipated events in the world of luxury timepieces. Hosted at Palexpo, a large exhibition center near Geneva International Airport.
This year, the event will feature 60 prestigious brands, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier, TAG Heuer, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Zenith, IWC, and newcomers like Bvlgari and six independent brands. These brands will unveil their latest innovations, technological advancements, and exclusive timepieces, setting the trends for years to come.
Beyond the main exhibition at Palexpo, Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025 will extend its reach throughout the city with the "In the City" program. This initiative offers free events in Geneva’s historic center, allowing visitors to discover the art of watchmaking and explore the concept of time in engaging ways.
A major highlight of the 2025 edition is the Watchmaking Village, an interactive area at Pont de la Machine, where visitors can experience:
- Live watchmaking demonstrations by skilled artisans
- Hands-on workshops showcasing traditional craftsmanship
- Historical exhibitions featuring rare and iconic timepieces
Beyond Palexpo and the Watchmaking Village, Geneva will come alive with exclusive brand presentations, VIP networking events, and private showcases in watch boutiques across the city. These events provide an opportunity for professionals to connect, discover new trends, and engage in business discussions with industry leaders.
Time to Watches 2025 – A Platform for Independent Watch Brands
Running parallel to Watches and Wonders Geneva, Time to Watches will take place at Villa Sarasin, just a short walk from Palexpo. This event is dedicated to independent watchmakers, boutique brands, and innovative creators, providing them with a stage to present their latest designs.
Unlike Watches and Wonders, which focuses on major luxury brands, Time to Watches highlights independent watchmakers, featuring over 70 brands, including ANTOINE PREZIUSO GENEVE, BA111OD, Beaubleu, and exciting newcomers such as Krayon, Beauregard, BREVA GENEVE, GUEBLY, Laine, Lorige, MING, and TAOS. In 2025, Elka Watch, a brand already featured on our AlpsDiscovery platform, will also be participating.
Time to Watches is an open and engaging exhibition, where visitors can meet independent watchmakers, discover exclusive timepieces, and learn about the philosophy behind artisanal watchmaking. The event offers a unique setting for those seeking original designs, expert craftsmanship, and direct interactions with the creators.
In addition to the main exhibition, Time to Watches will feature panel discussions, expert talks, and live demonstrations, covering topics such as:
- Innovation in independent watchmaking
- Challenges and opportunities for boutique brands
- Emerging technologies shaping the future of horology
This event is the perfect opportunity for collectors, retailers, and watch enthusiasts to explore the independent watch scene and connect with some of the most creative minds in the industry.
